In collaboration with Tiger, an international beer brand born in 1932 in the streets of Singapore, the Tiger Crystal High Tea Set is perfect for beer aficionados as well as those who want to explore something new.
In an indulgent twist on the classic British tradition, sweet and savoury bites that are typical of this mid-day treat have been swapped out with a selection of Tiger Crystal beer-infused nibbles. Brewed at a temperature of -1oC, the Tiger Crystal is refreshing and less bitter which makes it absolutely suited to the persistently warm weather in Singapore. Highlights on the savoury line-up include Tobiko Crab Salad with Citron Beer Gelée, and Prawn with Beer-infused Melon, while the repertoire of show-stopping sweets feature Beer Orange Caramel Brioche and Beeramisu.
The teatime tradition is completed with barista-style coffee prepared to the guests’ preference and 18 blends of TWG teas, including the hotel’s exclusive Singapour Je T’aime tea blend which is an aromatic concoction of green tea with an elegant bouquet of lavender and rose. Guests have the option of adding on two bottles of Tiger Crystal beer at S$20.
Priced at S$118 for 2 persons, the Tiger Crystal High Tea is available daily from 2 to 5pm from now still 31 August 2022. Additional guests are charged at S$59 per person.
