The latest Yum Cha destination in town, Yellow Pot at Six Senses Duxton, presents a plethora of delightful bites with its new Weekend Dim Sum A-La-Carte Brunch Buffet. Available from 21 March 2020 at S$48++ per person, the menu offers a selection of more than 60 authentic and creative dim sum specialties. The first 50 guests to complete their reservation will receive a culinary surprise from Yellow Pot’s talented Chinese Chef, Sebastian Goh.

Based on the Six Senses guiding principle of using natural, local and sustainable ingredients, Chef Sebastian Goh gives an innovative twist to the traditional art of dim sum making. Sustainably made with herbs and vegetables from the restaurant’s very own edible garden, the menu’s signature items such as Steam Yam Cake, Crystal Vegetable Dumpling, Cabbage Roll and Vegetable Spring Roll showcase the “Eat With Six Senses” spirit. With dim sum’s literal Chinese translation being “touch the heart” – Yellow Pot serves a sumptuous, eco-friendly experience in bamboo baskets to warm every dim sum aficionado’s heart.
Using clean ingredients and traditional Chinese culinary techniques, Chef Sebastian’s dim sum excels in both taste and freshness. The delectable Pomegranate Prawn Har Kows, savoury Chilli Crab Meat Dumpling and Chicken Treasure Bag with miso stock are bite-sized delights from the steamer. For heavier flavours, Carrot Cake with Chicken Floss and Woo Kok (Crispy Yam Puff) with Char Siew Sauce are perfect for hearty eaters.
Offering the best of both worlds, the dim sum brunch buffet includes Yellow Pot’s all-time favourites, such as the Roasted Duck and Double Boiled Soup of the Day. Guests can expect new creations on the menu with dishes like the Chinese Kimchi Stew, 52 Degree Chicken with Chopped Ginger & Garlic and more.
After a satisfying meal, indulge in a refreshing bowl of Mango Sago Pomelo or opt for one of the restaurant’s tasty homemade drinks, such as Singapore Dream Cordial and Lemongrass Detox Cordial.
The brunch buffet is available on Saturdays and Sundays at S$48++ per person.
Children below six years old will enjoy the brunch for free.
The first brunch buffet seating will take place from 11:30am to 1:15pm and second seating follows from 1:15pm to 2:45pm.
