Melbourne Cup Day is coming to Sentosa on Tuesday, 3 November 2026, with People People Brewing Co. hosting a live race screening alongside a three-course lunch, free-flow drinks and a best-dressed competition.

From 11am to 3pm, the brewery at WEAVE, Resorts World Sentosa, will show the Australian horse race on two large screens with surround sound. Guests can dress for the occasion, whether that means a statement hat, a fascinator or a smart race-day outfit.

What’s on the Melbourne Cup Day menu?

The special three-course lunch costs S$68++ per person, with a choice of starter, main and dessert.

For starters, diners can choose nachos with guacamole, tomato salsa and jalapeño; a blue swimmer crab cake with red curry sauce and lime; or a Green Goddess salad with grains, avocado and sherry vinaigrette.

The main-course options are seafood linguine with cod, squid and crab meat in lemon butter sauce; beef bourguignon with slow-braised Wagyu brisket, red wine jus and mashed potato; or steak and chips featuring onglet steak.

Dessert choices are an oatmeal stout tiramisu made with stout-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone, or strawberries with Chantilly cream, vanilla soft serve and crisp meringue.

Four-hour free-flow drinks packages

For guests who want drinks included, the S$88++ four-hour package covers People People draft beers. A S$128++ premium free-flow package is also advertised, with draft beers, house wines, house spirits and Lark Fire Trail Whisky highballs. The main announcement additionally lists Cazanove Champagne as part of the premium package; guests may wish to confirm the exact inclusion when booking.

These drinks packages are priced separately from the three-course set menu. All prices are subject to the usual service charge and GST.

Dress for the occasion

There will also be prizes for the best-dressed guests. The first prize is a Lark Whisky Race Day Pack containing accessories and a bottle of Lark Fire Trail Whisky. Second prize is a bottle of Taittinger Champagne, while third prize is a S$100 dining voucher for People People Brewing Co.
