SUSHISAMBA Singapore is turning two this July and has lined up a series of events to celebrate the occasion. The restaurant, located atop Capital Tower, is marking its anniversary with a collaboration with Brazilian beauty brand Sol de Janeiro before introducing a pair of National Day menus inspired by local flavours.
Sol de Janeiro-inspired cocktails arrive in July
The anniversary celebrations begin with a partnership between SUSHISAMBA and Sol de Janeiro, the Brazilian beauty brand known for its fragrance and body care collections. The collaboration takes inspiration from Sol de Janeiro’s Cheirosa Perfume Mist range and translates three of its signature scents into cocktails.
The trio includes:
- Cheirosa 62, made with pistachio, hazelnut and coconut pandan syrup, topped with pistachio foam.
- Cheirosa 68, a brighter drink combining lychee, yuzu, dragon fruit and coconut juice.
- Cheirosa 40, a floral cocktail featuring vanilla syrup, cassis and umeshu plum, finished with an edible flower.
The cocktails will be available throughout July and are priced at S$18++ during Sunset Hour from 6pm to 7pm, Monday to Saturday, and S$24++ thereafter. Guests who order any of the cocktails will also receive a matching Sol de Janeiro Perfume Mist in a 90ml bottle, while stocks last.
A Brazilian-inspired anniversary brunch
The partnership culminates with the Celebração 2-Year Anniversary Brunch on 18 July.
Designed to capture the spirit of a Brazilian summer, the afternoon will feature live DJs, SAMBA dancers and free-flow drinks. The brunch spread includes a buffet of seviche, sushi, sashimi and skewers, alongside plated dishes such as Spicy Glazed Lamb Leg and Crispy Cauliflower. Desserts include Coconut Sago Trifle, Yuzu Matcha Tart and Churros.
Guests can also visit a dedicated Sol de Janeiro Discovery Cart to sample the brand’s fragrances and body care products, with all brunch diners receiving an exclusive gift to take home. The brunch starts from S$160++ per person, with free-flow beverage packages available from S$40++.

A National Day brunch with local flavours
The celebrations continue into August with a National Day edition of SUSHISAMBA’s Copacabana Brunch on 8 August.
This special menu incorporates familiar Singaporean flavours into the restaurant’s Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian style of cooking. Diners can expect a live station serving Australian Short Rib, Roasted Whole Chicken and Hainanese Rice, along with dishes such as Crab Leg Seviche and SAMBA Rojak.
Desserts also take inspiration from local favourites and include Pineapple Coconut Tart, Peranakan Bonbon and Sago Gula Melaka Trifle.
Two exclusive cocktails have also been created for the occasion:
- The Lion City Fizz, made with gin and roselle cordial.
- Straits Spice Negroni, featuring pandan-infused sweet vermouth and laksa leaf tincture.
The National Day Copacabana Brunch is priced from S$160++ per person, with free-flow beverage packages starting from S$40++. Guests are encouraged to dress in red and white for the occasion.

A five-course National Day lunch
On 9 August, SUSHISAMBA will also serve a five-course National Day Lunch designed for families and groups celebrating the public holiday.
The menu, priced at S$98++, starts with Lobster Tostada, Chicken Empanada and Salmon & Caviar before guests choose between Short Rib or Red Snapper for the main course. Dessert is a Manjari Chocolate Brownie.
Children can order a dedicated kids’ menu priced at S$35++, which includes homemade Pão de Queijo, Wagyu Carne Moida udon noodles and house-made chocolate ice cream.
The two National Day cocktails, The Lion City Fizz and Straits Spice Negroni, will also be available during lunch, alongside optional free-flow Champagne and rosé packages from S$90++.
