This November, Leela Hong Kong is bringing the bold flavours of India’s coastal regions to the city in an exciting two-night culinary collaboration with JHOL Bangkok. Scheduled for 9 and 10 November 2025, the exclusive dinner takeover will see Chef Gaurav Gupta of JHOL helm Leela’s kitchen, presenting a tasting menu that fuses contemporary Indian cuisine with seasonal Hong Kong ingredients.

A Return Visit from Bangkok to Hong Kong

The event is a continuation of a recent cross-border exchange, following Leela Hong Kong’s own guest shift at JHOL in Bangkok earlier in October. This time, the spotlight shifts to Hong Kong, as JHOL’s kitchen philosophy and coastal-inspired dishes take centre stage in Leela’s award-winning space. For two nights only, Leela’s kitchen and menu will transform under JHOL’s creative direction — offering a rare glimpse into India’s rich coastal traditions reinterpreted for the modern palate.
