AIR CCCC has unveiled its latest concept, SUN(SET), a relaxed weekend ritual designed for guests to unwind outdoors as day turns into night. Following the success of its breakfast series SUN(RISE), the new experience invites visitors to enjoy cocktails, snacks, and open-air charm from 3pm to 9pm every Friday to Sunday, no reservations required.

The cocktails reflect AIR’s ethos of freshness and waste-conscious creativity. The menu includes four signature drinks at S$16 each:

The Other Side – crafted with Discarded Vodka distilled from Chardonnay grape skins, balanced with tamarillo syrup from the dessert kitchen.

Boho Days – white and dark rum layered with passion fruit–infused ginger beer, created by AIR’s pastry chef.

Cascara Libre – a Mexican-inspired twist on the Cuba Libre, using silver tequila and cascara molasses made from coffee cherry skins.

Green Note – a refreshing mix of gin, pinot gris, and lime.

To complement the drinks, the new snacks menu showcases creative bites: AIR Fries (S$12) made from fermented potatoes with lime skin emulsion, Fried Chicken Bites (S$14) glazed in hot honey, and SUN(SET) Nuts (S$5) seasoned with soy, seaweed, and sesame. Hearty picks include White Corn Relish (S$14) with spiced vinegar and snack peppers, and Yellowfin Tuna Ceviche (S$20) featuring sustainably line-caught tuna. Sweet treats round off the menu, such as a Rye Chocolate Cookie (S$5) with miso caramel and an Affogato Vanilla Ice Cream (S$10) paired with iced coffee and bread pudding.

Beyond food and drinks, SUN(SET) offers activities that celebrate nature and community. Guests can join a guided garden tour every Saturday at 5pm, while June onwards will bring outdoor chess and rotating DJs to the lawn. The space remains pet-friendly and family-friendly, in line with AIR’s vision of creating open, inclusive spaces in nature.
