A new fusion dining concept is set to open in Lentor, bringing together Western classics with Southeast Asian flavours in a way that feels both familiar and unexpected.
Daily, the latest concept under the Da Hock Dining group, officially launches on 26 March 2026, marking the occasion with a limited-time promotion offering 50% off the entire menu for two days (26–27 March), followed by 40% off from 28–29 March.

A Bandung-Inspired Pink Pizza Takes Centre Stage
One of the headline items at Daily’s opening is its Artisanal Pink Pizza, a visually striking creation featuring a dough base made from red dragonfruit.
Topped with cheese, rose buds and specially imported ham, the dish draws inspiration from the familiar flavours of Bandung — the rose syrup and milk drink many Singaporeans grew up with. The result is a playful reinterpretation of a local favourite, translated into a Western format.
Western Dishes with a Southeast Asian Twist
The menu reflects founder Yang Li’s approach of blending global techniques with regional flavours, creating dishes that bridge cultures while still remaining approachable.
Highlights include the Sous-Vide Beef Garden Salad, the Open Sandwich with Sous-Vide Beef and Red Cabbage, and a Squid Ink Pasta with Crab-Flavoured Seafood Broth, which combines elements of Italian pasta with flavours reminiscent of local seafood dishes.

A Concept Built on Familiarity and Reinvention
Developed over three years of experimentation, Daily’s menu is designed around the idea of creating a “dialogue of flavours” — reinterpreting international dishes through a Southeast Asian lens.
The concept aims to strike a balance between innovation and nostalgia, offering dishes that feel new while still tapping into familiar taste profiles and cultural references.
