Firangi Superstar introduces its Champagne Superstar Brunch, bringing a fresh, spirited take to Saturdays with a generous spread of modern Indian plates paired with free-flow Champagne, cocktails, and wines.

Guests can look forward to inventive brunch signatures, beginning with a cinematic “Out of the Box” starter kit – a charming wooden box filled with bite-sized delights such as Caviar Puri and Truffle Puri (Firangi’s playful twist on the classic Pani Puri), Sesame Muruku with salmon mousse, and Avocado Kulcha featuring egg jam and biryani-spiced bacon on soft leavened flatbread.

After indulging in eight specially curated starters, guests can choose a main from hearty favourites like the Prata Waffle with Madras fried chicken, Steak & Eggs with grass-fed striploin and masala scrambled eggs, or Fish & Chips with Amritsari cod and gunpowder fries all enjoyed within the restaurant’s cinematic interiors, bathed in the warmth of the afternoon light.

To round off the experience on a sweet note, guests are treated to a dessert buffet featuring creations such as Strawberry Shortcake, Cinnamon-Ginger Cookie with white chocolate and Kashmiri chilli, Carrot Cake with cardamom frosting, Rum Chocolate Cake, and a Bru Coffee Cannoli.
