Alley on 25: Wholesome Indulgence
For Christmas Eve and Day, Alley on 25 serves a sumptuous spread featuring:
Traditional Roasted Turkey with orange-vanilla cranberry sauce
Maple-glazed Dingley Dell Pork Ham
Baked Salmon en Croûte with spinach and mushrooms
Duck Leg Confit à l’Orange
Butternut Squash Lasagna

Desserts include a local twist on classics: Ondeh Crème Brûlée, a pineapple tart-inspired Bûche de Noël, and a cascading Grand Cru chocolate fountain.

On New Year’s Eve, guests can enjoy an indulgent seafood buffet with oysters, prawns, lobster, a yellowfin tuna carving station, and hearty meat dishes. End the meal with meter-long cakes and table-side churned gelato before heading up to Mr. Stork’s rooftop party.
Weekend brunches throughout December include local favourites such as Truffle Croque Madame and Sarawak Black Pepper Crab Eggs Benedict. The experience continues into January with Lazy Breakfast specials like Chilli Crab with Mantou and Chocolate Candy Craze stations.

Perched on Level 38, 665°F celebrates the season with elegant five-course menus.
