In celebration of this milestone, Artemis has undergone a subtle yet striking redesign. The revamped interiors embrace a more contemporary feel, with warm textures and natural materials that speak to timeless elegance. EDG Hospitality Design + Branding led the transformation, introducing a Mediterranean-inspired colour palette that complements the sweeping skyline views.

The Al Fresco Sky Bar has also been reconfigured to allow for smoother movement and better flow, enhancing its appeal as a relaxed yet refined space for drinks and conversations.

New Menus with Mediterranean Influences

The refresh extends beyond aesthetics. Artemis’ culinary team drew inspiration from recent trips to Nice, Barcelona, and Athens, infusing the menu with flavours from these regions. Expect refined takes on coastal Spanish, Southern French, Greek, and Italian dishes — a continuation of the restaurant’s commitment to authentic, seasonal produce.
