From 27 October to 3 November 2025, Austrian Gourmet Week Singapore 2025 returns to Andaz Singapore in collaboration with the Austrian Embassy Singapore. This year’s event spotlights the diversity of Austria’s gastronomy, with a strong nod to Vienna’s café culture and Burgenland’s rustic, seasonal cuisine. The highlight: exclusive menus curated by celebrated chef Max Stiegl, presented at both 665°F and Alley on 25.

Dinner menus by Max Stiegl at 665°F
Guests at 665°F can choose from an à la carte menu or a specially designed three-course set menu. Chef Stiegl, a pioneer in Austria’s Slow Food movement, brings dishes that reflect Burgenland’s agricultural roots and Austria’s culinary finesse. Starters include grilled beef carpaccio with mountain cheese and miso, a vibrant letscho terrine, and a saffron-spiced pannonian fish soup. Mains range from the indulgent Kalbs-Cordon Bleu with champagne ham and truffle brie, to the classic Wiener Schnitzel, Schwammerl-Rostbraten, and Tiroler Kasspatzln. Desserts pay homage to Austria’s world-famous sweets—expect Sacher Torte, Kaiserschmarrn, and more. The three-course set menu ends with coffee or tea, a fitting tribute to Austria’s café rituals.
Viennese afternoon tea at Alley on 25

From 27 October to 30 November (weekdays only), Alley on 25 transforms into a Viennese coffee house from 3pm to 5pm. “An Afternoon in Vienna” features signature pastries like Purbacher Cremeschnitte, Malakoff Torte, and the iconic Sacher Torte, alongside savouries such as Austrian goulash, Viennese toast, and sausages. Viennese-style coffees—like the frothy Wiener Melange or the whipped cream–topped Einspänner—are offered to round out the café experience.
