3. Friends of Lily’s Brunch x La Terrace by Louise

Dates: 27–28 September 2025

An indulgent daytime experience featuring La Terrace by Louise alongside Chef Tala Bashmi, named MENA’s Best Female Chef, and Chef Jai of Bangkok’s Charmgang. A cultural showcase of French elegance, Middle Eastern soul, and Thai spices.

4. Andō × Nusara

5. Leela × JHOL Restaurant

Dates: 4–5 October 2025
Venue: JHOL, Bangkok

Chef Manav Tuli of Leela Hong Kong collaborates with Chef Hari Nayak of JHOL Bangkok for a 9-course all-Indian feast. The menu highlights coastal Indian cuisine with influences from Konkan, Malabar, Chettinad, Pondicherry, and Bay of Bengal.
