The Baker & The Bottleman, the Wan Chai bakery and restaurant helmed by Simon Rogan, is embracing Mid-Autumn Festival 2025 with a limited-edition collaboration with homegrown artisan brand Conspiracy Chocolate, alongside a refreshed bakery lineup and a new modern British seasonal lunch set.

Mid-Autumn Festival Bonbons with Conspiracy Chocolate

From 1 September to 6 October 2025, The Baker & The Bottleman launches a special edition box of six handcrafted bean-to-bar bonbons (HK$188 per box, limited to 100 sets, available for shop pick-up only). Highlights include:

The Moon — A crater-textured dark chocolate shell with salted duck egg caramel over single-origin milk chocolate ganache.

The Sky — A hand-painted dark chocolate bonbon filled with coffee-hazelnut praline and house-roasted specialty coffee beans.

This collaboration celebrates sustainable sourcing and artistry, with more joint creations planned — including bonbons using repurposed croissant flakes from the bakery.
