Chef Alyn’s new menu showcases ingredient-led dishes designed to highlight the flavours of the season:
Lobster & Avocado Tart (HK$248): Freshly poached lobster paired with creamy avocado, cucumber, and a zing of yuzu.
Leek & Potato Vichyssoise (HK$158): A warm, velvety reinterpretation of the classic, topped with Parmesan croutons and crème fraîche.
Steamed Seabass with Oscietra Caviar (HK$368): Accented with torched mandarin and butter sauce.
Grilled Dover Sole Almondine (HK$1,288, for two): Finished tableside with brown butter almondine and Quality Chop House confit potatoes.
Rump of Lamb (HK$728): Slow-cooked and served with an individual Shepherd’s Pie.

Magistracy Dining Room’s celebrated Royal Sunday Roast is back, in collaboration with the MICHELIN-recommended Prince and the Peacock. The quarterly experience combines modern British elegance with Indian-inspired flavours:
Tandoori skewers, foie gras parfait, and the signature Chicken Tikka Pie.
Slow-cooked rib of beef with Yorkshire pudding.
Sides like Dum Biryani and desserts like Sticky Toffee Pudding with Masala Chai Gelato.
