Located at Icon Village, IM JAI by Pun Im isn’t just another Thai restaurant — it’s a celebration of culture, creativity, and community. Founded by Chef Vincent Pang, a former hedge fund manager turned Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef, IM JAI represents a personal journey from finance to the heart of Bangkok kitchens.

The restaurant’s name, IM JAI, translates to “a full heart” in Thai — a fitting reflection of the care behind every dish and detail. Co-managed with Vincent’s mother, the restaurant blends familial warmth with modern culinary artistry. The décor features hand-painted Benjarong-inspired tableware and floral motifs of Thailand’s national flower, Dok Koon, creating a vibrant yet intimate atmosphere.

Flavours with Soul: The Menu

Chef Vincent brings a playful yet respectful approach to Thai cuisine, infusing classic recipes with his culinary experiences from Michelin-starred Wana Yook and beyond.
