Following the grand completion of Grand Hyatt Singapore’s multi-year redevelopment, 10|SCOTTS has reopened with two refreshed dining experiences – the Grand Afternoon Tea and Grand Evening Indulgence.

A beloved spot for waterfall views and Orchard Road’s tea rituals, 10|SCOTTS now offers a curated semi-buffet format that blends provenance, sustainability, and indulgence.

The Grand Afternoon Tea begins with a glass of Saicho Jasmine sparkling tea before guests enjoy ASC-certified smoked salmon with horseradish cream, charcuterie and cheeses from the famed Les Frères Marchand, and warm scones with kaya, clotted cream, and jam. Tableside desserts include red wine–poached pear mille-feuille, citrus pavlova, and a seasonal fruit tart. Priced at S$65++ per adult and S$30++ per child, the experience includes free-flow juices and two servings of coffee or tea, with champagne packages available.

The Grand Evening Indulgence revives the former After 6 tradition in aperitivo style. Guests can look forward to ASC prawns with garlic and olive oil, croquetas de jamón, and parmesan frites served tableside. Priced at S$55++ per adult and S$25++ per child, the evening menu also comes with optional beverage packages.

Beyond these highlights, 10|SCOTTS also offers an all-day menu, creative cocktails, and spirited non-alcoholic blends. Happy Hour runs from noon to 8pm, inviting guests to unwind with champagne, wines, or classic cocktails.

World of Hyatt members can enjoy double points on dining spend until 9 November 2025, with a chance to win 80,000 bonus points weekly – redeemable for up to 16 nights at Hyatt properties worldwide.

Located in the heart of Orchard Road, 10|SCOTTS is open daily from 11:30am to 11:00pm, making it a stylish and versatile destination for afternoon tea, aperitivo, or evening gatherings.
