Its mission was simple: serve warm, hearty, and affordable meals that working professionals could enjoy every day. What began as a low-cost lunch alternative grew into a franchise powerhouse — at one point, they were opening an outlet every two days.

So why Singapore? Walther says Singapore’s straightforward regulations and efficient infrastructure made it the perfect launchpad for international expansion. If all goes well, he hopes to open five company-owned outlets here within the next year, with more to come regionally through franchising.
