Singapore’s cult-favourite sandwich joint, KORIO, has officially launched its second outlet—this time at Guoco Midtown II in Bugis, in partnership with Zouk Group. Known for redefining the sandwich game in Singapore since 2020, KORIO’s expansion brings even more of its hearty, New York-style offerings to the table—this time with dine-in vibes and a few exclusive treats.

From crispy BLTs to rich, slow-cooked Brisket Sandwiches, the new outlet’s menu blends comfort with boldness. If you’re a fan of indulgent bites, the Grilled Cheese layered with gruyère, cheddar, and mozzarella, plus a tangy tomato dip, remains a beloved mainstay. And yes, the Sausage & Egg sandwich (featuring a maple sausage patty, egg, and hash brown) still packs a cheesy punch.

Those with a sweet tooth won’t be disappointed either. KORIO continues to churn out its signature fluffy brioche doughnuts, perfected over 50 recipe iterations and 18 hours of fermentation. Look out for the OG Honey Sea Salt Doughnut—a bestseller since its debut five years ago.

New to the Bugis menu:

Brisket Sandwich ($18.50): Slow-cooked brisket, pickled onions, horseradish sauce on toasted sourdough.

BLT Sandwich ($16.50): Bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, egg, jalapeño ranch on a potato bun.

Thirsty? Grab a Honey Sea Salt Latte or the refreshing Sparkling Orange Espresso alongside house-brewed teas and lemonades.
