Singapore’s dining scene is about to reach new heights as Mount Faber Leisure Group teams up with internationally acclaimed Chef Mathew Leong for a limited-time Cable Car Sky Dining experience, launching 16 August 2025. Priced at S$138++ per guest, the three-course menu is served aboard the iconic Singapore Cable Car, offering panoramic sunset views while soaring 100 metres above sea level.

Chef Mathew, the top Asian finalist at the 2025 Bocuse d’Or — where he clinched sixth place globally — blends Nordic culinary precision with Asian flavours for this unique collaboration. Guests will begin their evening with a welcome drink at The Mirabilis Bar before boarding a private cabin for two scenic rotations along the Mount Faber Line, enjoying a starter and main course onboard. The journey concludes at Arbora Café with a creative dessert.

Highlights of the menu include Kombu-Cured Tuna Chutoro topped with prized Nordic Löjrom roe, Open-Fire Grilled Japanese Wagyu Sirloin with yuzu kosho beef jus, and a refreshing Oolong Tea Milk Ice Cream infused with citrus, lavender, and a surprising Szechuan pepper crisp. Wine pairing is available for the main course.

This partnership marks another milestone for Cable Car Sky Dining, which has been delighting guests since 1998. As part of SG60 celebrations, the first 60 bookings will receive a S$15 return voucher redeemable at Mount Faber Peak F&B outlets.
