From now until 31 October 2025, Sofitel Singapore City Centre invites guests to experience a one-of-a-kind collaboration with National Gallery Singapore—an immersive blend of visual art and haute patisserie. This new initiative, titled City of Flavours, celebrates the intersection of culture, creativity, and cuisine through a limited-time afternoon tea set and a curated staycation package.

An Afternoon Tea Inspired by Masterpieces

Available daily at 1864 Lobby Lounge, the Edible Art Afternoon Tea is a visually stunning and palate-pleasing experience inspired by works from the National Gallery Singapore’s collection.

Crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Sam Leong, the set features a mix of sweet and savoury creations, each reflecting an iconic Singaporean or Southeast Asian artwork. Expect delicacies that look as good as they taste, including:

  • A canapé inspired by the textures of urban architecture

  • Artfully plated desserts that mirror brushstroke patterns and colour palettes

  • Local flavour pairings elevated with French pastry technique

This tea experience is priced at S$128++ for two, including two glasses of sparkling wine. Non-alcoholic options are also available.
