Instructions

1.Boil Clarence Court quail eggs to your liking, cool in a bowl of iced water and carefully peel.
2.Cut in half and arrange on a serving plate or board with a bit of salmon roe and a little salt and pepper on top.
3.Add a little scattering of dill, celery salt or black pepper.
4.Pour a glass and enjoy!
