As the sun sets, the venue spotlights incredible views of the 59th birthday celebrations at the Padang, where guests at CÉ LA VI will have front-row seats to the breathtaking air show performances and the visually stunning fireworks display.

National Day Dinner 2024 | Friday, 9 August, 6pm
In celebration of the nation’s 59th birthday, guests can look forward to indulging in an exquisite special four-course menu (S$248++ pp) brimming with sophisticated flavours and premium ingredients from Italy. The evening’s journey starts with a selection of canapés and a seafood starter: delectable Spanner Crab Salad with mango, panzanella and decadent Oscietra Caviar. A sumptuous pasta offering follows: House-made Tagliatelle, uplifted with plump Hokkaido Sea Urchin and zesty Amalfi Lemon.
While taking in the breathtaking aerial performance visible through the dining room, a selection between two hearty mains commences, with a choice of either the flaky Rubra Marinated Black Cod, with Romanesco and Champagne Sauce, or the perfectly seared Tajima Wagyu Striploin, served with medley potatoes and green pepper jus.
The dessert, tangy Amalfi Lemon with sweet vanilla, Coratina olive oil, and wild berries granita, is then unveiled just as guests take in a birds-eye view of the stunning fireworks display over the expansive Marina from Altro Zafferano’s al-fresco Terrace. The in-house sommelier meticulously curates wine pairings to complement each memorable course and can be enjoyed at a S$98 top-up per pax.

National Day Moonlight Flight | 9 August
For the first time ever, the Singapore Flyer will operate non-stop overnight from 11pm on 9 August to 8am on 10 August. Guests can immerse themselves in the National Day celebrations after hours and enjoy a magical night honouring the nation. At only S$25, almost half the regular price of $40, the ticket includes a 30-minute flight on the giant observation wheel and admission to Time Capsule, an immersive and multisensory attraction that spans across two levels, showcasing Singapore’s storied past, present and future.
As a special treat, Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents born in August can enjoy free entry to the Moonlight Flight with every paying guest. They may simply present a valid photo identification card with their date of birth upon entry. “Street Eats Under the Stars” Night Market and Lucky Draw | 7 to 11 August
From 7 to 11 August, the night market Street Eats Under the Stars is set to light up the Singapore Flyer grounds with a full array of F&B offerings and casual seating facilities over the National Day long weekend. Located at the Waterfront Promenade beside the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix race track, guests can expect to savour delectable night market fare alongside views of iconic landmarks such as Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay, a testament to Singapore’s remarkable progress. Street Eats Under the Stars is open from 5pm to 11pm on 7, 8, 10 and 11 August, and from 5pm on 9 August to 3am on 10 August. Admission is free.

The New York-inspired dining concept welcomes guests to join in National Day celebrations at the National Day Brunch ‘24 (S$59++ pp). Savour local interpretations on American classics such as Har Cheong Gai (Prawn Paste) Chicken & Waffles, Singapore Chilli Blue Crab in the Land N Sea Platter, and Pulled Beef Rendang Sandwich, a twist on the Reuben! Reuben! American classic. Other local dishes include toasted traditional bread with kaya, butter and poached eggs, as well as golden mantouand bergedil side dishes. Ondeh Ondeh cake and Orh Nee Tarts bring a sweet end to the festivities.
