As part of W Singapore – Sentosa’s Cove’s refreshed programming, the partnership aims to deliver unparalleled dining experiences for its guests. Bringing together two culinary powerhouses renowned for their wood-fired expertise, dedication to quality, and innovative culinary creations, the W Singapore – Sentosa Cove and Burnt Ends Bakery pop-up experience promises a gastronomic journey that celebrates a fusion of flavours and artisanal bakery delights.

Led by 1-Michelin Chef-Owner Dave Pynt, Burnt Ends Bakery is an artisanal bakery with Singapore’s only wood-fired bread oven and is beloved for their creative bakes including their iconic brioche doughnuts. The menu will feature a curated selection of items from Burnt Ends Bakery, including freshly baked croissants, sourdough loaves, decadent pastries and the bakery’s signature cream-filled doughnuts of Nutella, Milo Dinosaur, Pandan, and more. Also featured on the menu are a selection of coffees made with Burnt Ends Bakery’s house blend coffee beans, a perfect accompaniment to the delectable selection of pastries.
The W Singapore – Sentosa Cove and Burnt Ends Bakery pop-up experience is available at SKIRT terrace, the hotel’s steakhouse that was recently accorded the Tatler Dining Awards 2024 in May 2024 following its relaunch last August. The pop-up will be available from 24 May 2024 to 16 June 2024, every Friday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
