Curated by Executive Pastry Chef Kelvin Kan, the exquisite menu presents a quintessential afternoon tea experience with delightful sweets such as the signature Milo Dinosaur Panna Cotta and Ondeh Lamington. Scrumptious savouries include the Crispy Soft-shell Crab with Pickled Cabbage, Sriracha Mayonnaise in a Lotus Bun and Coronation Chicken Charcoal Bun.

The afternoon tea is also complemented with the finest beverage selections. Select from a range of over a dozen TWG teas such as the Miraculous Mandarin or Eternal Summer. Sip on some bubbly and elevate your afternoon tea experience with an optional add-on of a glass of Taittinger Brut Reserve Champagne as you take in the ambience and grandeur of the hotel’s grand atrium and iconic floating pods.

Hailing from a small town in East Malaysia, Chef Kelvin moved to Singapore when he was 16 years old and now heads the pastry team at Pan Pacific Singapore. A creative and dedicated chef, Chef Kelvin has been in the industry for 15 years with experience working in the finest 5-star hotels.
