Revel in festive flavours with an Asian twist at The Dining Room, where a creative four-course Festive Set Lunch Menu offers a unique take on holiday dining. Available from 20 November to 29 December 2023, the menu comes with a complimentary Christmas mocktail and features starters such as Avocado Salad with Quail Egg or Prawns and Mango Salad. The soup is a choice between a classic Cream of Leek & Potato or a Papaya with Seared Scallops. For the main course, choose between Grilled Marbled Beef Sirloin with Mustard Sauce, Poached Chicken Breast with Lemongrass Butter Sauce or Pan-fried Salmon Fillet with Caper Sauce. Complete the experience with classics like Banana Fritters with Vanilla Gelato. The menu is priced at S$48++ per person, ideal for corporate year-end gatherings.
During Christmas, Hotel Telegraph has curated a five-course set menu (S$108++ per person, S$90++ per person for wine pairings) showcasing classic Christmas flavours, available 24 and 25 December 2023. With a Santa Claus meet & greet session and festive carollers to complement the experience, commence your feast with Pan-Fried Duck Liver and the velvety smooth Cream of Chestnut Soup, topped with chives and a drizzle of truffle oil. The main event offers two options: consider the Slow Cooked Turkey Breast, stuffed with mushroom dressing, served alongside creamy mashed pumpkin and carrots with a rich gravy. Alternatively, choose the tender Grilled Black Cod Fillet, served on top of luxurious truffle silken potatoes and vibrant asparagus coated in a delicate lobster sauce. Complete this exquisite dining experience with Cappuccino Mocha Mousse, offering a sweet, light and caffeinated closure.
On 31 December 2023, ring in the New Year with a lavish five-course dinner showcasing international influences (S$128++ per person, add S$90++ for wine pairings) at The Dining Room. Savour dishes that seamlessly combine international ingredients, global cooking techniques, and multicultural flavour profiles into one unforgettable meal. Begin the evening with the Poached Lobsterserved atop a crispy silver fish lavosh and balsamic asparagus salad. The soup course features a rich Chicken Consommé with silky-smooth seafood ravioli. The Soursop Sherbet is a tangy interlude to the main course; a choice of the Filet Mignon, paired with green asparagus and truffle potatoes, drenched in a luxurious mushroom sauce, or a Macadamia Crusted Barramundi infused with bright lemongrass beurre blanc and served with pumpkin puree. Complete your meal with the show-stopping Chocolate Dome, a rich chocolate ganache encased in a crisp dark chocolate sphere.
Festive Platters at 1927 Rooftop Bar
Those eager to celebrate the festive season with lighter bites can head to Hotel Telegraph’s 1927 Rooftop Bar for a special menu from 20th November to 1st January 2024. Take in the dazzling city skyline as you savour contemporary small plates, such as the Prosciutto Bruschetta (S$18++) with parma ham, figs, sour cream and mint leaf. The Spam Fries ($18++) offer a savoury and crispy bite topped with truffle mayonnaise paired with cheese and chipotle sauce. For an elegant one-bite experience, try the Cheesy Chicken Pie Tee Shell (S$15++) with cajun chicken, cucumber, gorgonzola sauce and yuzu pearl.
For a sharing experience, Santa’s Platter (S$48++) includes all three dishes mentioned above and a choice of a Prata Pizza, with the Spicy Gammon Ham & Pineapple being a decidedly apt choice.
