Sit down to a romantic Valentine’s Day meal this 14 February with Thirty Six Brewlab & Smokehouse’s elegant four-course set meal. Designed by their executive chef, the dinner presents a starter, soup, main course, tray of desserts and complimentary glasses of sparkling wine.

Whet your appetite with exquisitely-crafted starters, including the Scallop Ceviche that features thinly sliced scallops marinated in zesty lime juice, topped with chives and generous dollops of caviar. A coconut and lemongrass espuma pulls the entire dish together with its refreshing Asian aroma. The Beef Tartare, which comes topped with caviar and chives alongside a house-made cheese cracker, will leave lovebirds in awe of its fresh, balanced flavours. Those on a vegetarian diet can opt for the Grilled White Asparagus, elevated with touches of freshly grated truffle, a burnt butter sauce and a chilled poached egg.

Next is the vegetarian-friendly Mushroom ‘Tea’, a deeply comforting home-style dish. The clear mushroom consommé comes with mushroom ravioli boasting a hint of truffle.

Couples will have four options to choose from for their main course. Light, yet full of flavour, is the Pan Seared Atlantic Cod, presented on a bed of asparagus, mashed potato puree and pomelo and salmon roe. Meat lovers will be spoilt for choice between the Pistachio Crusted Lamb Rack, which comes with a scrummy potato cake and charred seasonal vegetables, and the Black Onyx Angus Beef Striploin, which melts in your mouth. Truffle mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a morel mushroom sauce are served with the striploin. Lastly, the Truffle Risotto, with fresh seasonal truffles, portobello mushrooms and white asparagus, is cooked to velvety perfection.

Desserts are made for sharing. To sweeten this Valentine’s Day, Thirty Six Brewlab & Smokehouse has curated a trio of treats, including a Crunchy Hazelnut Feuilletine, Raspberry Dome, and a Deconstructed Berry Crumble. Singles coming in during Valentine’s Day will get a choice to have either the Crunchy Hazelnut Feuilletine or Raspberry Dome alongside the crumble.

Thirty Six Brewlab & Smokehouse’s Valentine’s Day menu is available on 14 February 2023 for dinner at S$268++ for couples and S$138++ for singles.
