Sitting atop the iconic Marina Bay Sands, the lifestyle and social hub destination – CÉ LA VI welcomes all to make a toast to the year’s end with a remarkable line-up for Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
Helmed by Executive Chef Maksym Chukanov, the Restaurant’s spirited Christmas five-course menu (S$198++) captures the heart of Contemporary Asian Cuisine and is available on 24 and 25 December. To start, choose between the A4 Miyazaki Wagyu Beef Tartare, served with white soy and a dollop of nomad kaluga hybrid caviar, or the evening’s vegetarian menu which includes luxuriant Zucchini Flower in a bed of yuzu kosho and crisp green apple.

Choose from either a remarkably smooth Truffle & Maitake Chanwanmushi or the Lobster Tail served with dhal and pumpkin curry, a good cut of A4 Miyazaki Wagyu Striploin seared to perfection, classic Roast French Chicken with Christmas stuffing, or a fresh Farmed Turbotelevated with yuzu beurre blanc are the options for the three entrées that come next. End your dining experience with a beautifully constructed dessert Mandarin, served with quintessential gingerbread, and Rhum Baba, topped off with caramelised pineapple.
Finish your evening in SkyBar, where the bar team shakes up sneak previews of upcoming mouth-watering cocktails like Love at First Sight, which will be launched on the menu in early 2023.
Keep the festive spirits high through New Year’s Eve as the Restaurant presents an ingredient-driven five-course menu (S$298++). Standout dishes include Poached Yellow Chicken, enveloped in Foie gras juis and served with a side of Jerusalem artichoke, and a saccharine-boozy Champagne Sorbet, offered with pecham pear.

Revel in the lap of luxury and ring in the new year at the Club Lounge with extended hours from 3 pm to 6 am with perfect sunset-silhouetted cityscapes and the best seats in the house for fireworks.
