Hei Bee Hiam Pineapple Tarts

ONE°15 Marina has decided to mix sweet and savoury together with their Spicy Dried Shrimp Sambal Pineapple Tarts (S$28.80+). The pastry is oh so flaky and is made with luxurious Elle & Vire butter from France. The filling is made with organic pineapple paste that is flavoured with bird’s eye chilli (aka chilli padi) and dried shrimp (aka hei bee). It is definitely a very interesting flavour profile, with some loving it and others not sure. Whether you love it or hate it, it will be a topic to talk about!

Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Cookies

A European take on our traditional cheese cookies, ONE°15 Marina uses premium French butter and 24-month aged Italian parmigiana reggiano cheese to give these cookies a rich, sharp and nutty flavour. Very cheesy and very addictive. Be careful, you might end up eating the whole bottle up before your guests arrive. Each bottle retails at S$26.80+.

The Hei Bee Hiam Pineapple Tarts and Parmiagiano Reggiano Cheese Cookies can be purchased individually or together with ONE°15 Marina’s Organic Pineapple Roll (S$28.80) under the Auspicious Trio at S$78+.
