Twyst, backed by the SATS venture building arm, is an exciting new F&B concept with a no-holds-barred approach to experimenting with classic and contemporary pasta flavours.

As the name suggests, Twyst is a playful take on the word “twist”, alluding to a menu that is crafted using unexpected ingredients in its pasta sauces, while offering well-loved Italian favourites. Twyst is launching its first 1,272 sq ft flagship outlet at the heart of Raffles Place MRT Station. Seating 50 people, customers of Twyst will be spoilt for choice with delicious al dente pastas starting from S$6.90.

Twyst is also collaborating with the Singapore National Culinary team, which is supported by the Singapore Chefs’ Association, to bring the latest food trends and popular pasta favourites curated from insights derived from more than 5,000 consumers on their taste preferences.

Twist it your way at Twyst

To cater to varying preferences, Twyst’s menu features delightful classic flavours such as Aglio Olio, Pomodoro, Alfredo, as well as unique flavours such as Butternut Kombu, Spiced Miso Carrot and Laksa Olio.

Customers can customise pastas from an array of proteins, vegetables and toppings to suit their tastes. Each pasta is inclusive of one protein and one vegetable/topping. An extra serving of protein costs S$2.50 onwards while each additional serving of vegetables/toppings costs just S$1.20. To complete their meals, customers can add S$3.50 for a soup and beverage. Twyst also recognises Singapore’s love affair with spicy food and offers customers the choice to add chilli at no extra cost.

In addition, customers have the option to select healthier pasta choices under 500 calories and tasty Harvest Gourmet® Chargrilled Pieces plant-based proteins for a meatless option.

Other delights

While waiting for their food, diners will be entertained by Twyst’s culinary team deftly whipping up a storm in the show kitchen as they prepare each dish using high quality Barilla pasta.

Diners will also have the pleasure of enjoying other gourmet offerings within the outlet such as freshly-brewed specialty grade coffee from Tiong Hoe Speciality Coffee and gourmet baked treats from Europastry X Country Foods.

Besides ordering over-the-counter, customers get to beat the queue by placing their orders via Twyst’s online ordering system from the comfort of their seats in-store or pre-ordering from their office for collection at their preferred timing.

Twyst’s pastas are also available on Grab and Foodpanda delivery platforms so customers can enjoy their meal in the comfort of their office or home.

Opening promos

With the launch of Twyst’s new F&B concept and opening of its flagship Raes Place MRT outlet, the first 50 customers daily will get to enjoy 50% off their 2nd pasta.

Customers also get to enjoy S$0.50 o any of Tiong Hoe Specialty Coffee beverages with every purchase of gourmet bakery items such as paninis, pastries and cakes.
