Check out the newly-launched Temple Street – a range of premium hand-crafted and bottled cocktails, blended and produced in Singapore. Affordable and available for delivery, Temple Street fills the gap in the market for ready-to-pour cocktails that don’t compromise on quality.
Temple Street was conceptualised by Joseph Barratt, founder and CEO of local independent brewery Trouble Brewing and the initial range was developed by the renowned cocktail consultants at Proof & Company, led by Jason Williams, who are behind some of the region’s top bars. The 100ml single pour cocktails are created with precision, using quality ingredients and switching up some key, classic elements with modern substitutes for an added twist.
The first four cocktails released include the Old-Fashioned, Negroni (check out our non-alcoholic recipe for a Negroni here), Espresso Martini and Garden Party. Each tippled is best served chilled or straight over ice for a quick fix, or shaken and garnished for a sophisticated night in.
While takeaway cocktails from bars and restaurants gained popularity when dining out was restricted during the early phases of the pandemic, the available options in the market were limited or less within reach. Barratt says Temple Street was created to be commercially distributed and accessible, at a quality usually reserved for the region’s top bars.

Commonly made with American whisky, this cocktail is a concoction of Caribbean dark rum, agave nectar and hazelnut liqueur that is smooth and easy to enjoy.
Slightly bitter with a hint of chocolate (thanks to the addition of chocolate liqueur) this tipple is lighter on the palate than its classic counterpart.
An aromatic tipple made with top-quality Allpress coffee from Auckland, New Zealand, this is an indulgent cocktail made with wheat vodka and a little spice.
Reminiscent of British summer time, this super enjoyable cocktail is made with wheat vodka and features a refreshing blend of peach liqueur, lychee essence and a touch of mint, vermouth and lime.
Temple Street cocktails retail at S$11 per bottle and island-wide, same-day delivery is available for all orders placed before 5pm (Sun-Wed) and 7pm (Thurs-Sat). Delivery is free for orders above S$60.
