Do you love avocados? Do you want something fun to eat with your chips, crackers or biscuits? This recipe is for you!
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime or 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 onion, diced (optional)
- 1 tomato, diced (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cut your avocado and remove the flesh. Smash the avocado in a bowl with a fork.
- Add in the diced tomato and onion.
- Squeeze in the juice of the lime or lemon into the bowl. Mix well.
- Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on top of your favourite chip, nacho or biscuit!
