  • 1 serving of pasta
  • 100-150g of minced chicken (or any meat of your choice)
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian herb mix
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 dash paprika
  • salt and pepper 
  • olive oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • dried chilli flakes (optional)
  • 2-3 tbsp of natural unsweetened Greek yoghurt
  1. Boil the pasta and cook it till your desired doneness
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat up a frying pan and heat up some oil to fry your minced garlic
  3. Brown the minced meat
  4. Add in the herbs and spices (except for the onion and garlic powder) as well as salt and pepper to taste
  5. Add in the sliced tomato and continue to cook it till the tomato slices are mushy
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the onion and garlic powder with the dried chilli flakes and yoghurt
  7. Feel free to add a tablespoon of the pasta water to make the sauce a bit thinner
  8. Add in the cooked meat into the bowl and stir thoroughly
  9. Finally, add in the cooked pasta and stir
  10. Enjoy!
