With yoga at 1.30pm and waking up at 10am, I needed a substantial brekkie without making me feel like I’m gonna puke. So, I decided to make a simple and quick Smoked Salmon Wrap!

For the base, I used the leftover guacamole and then layered some rocket leaves before adding my salmon, which was smoked with Manuka! As I’m trying to eat clean, I didn’t put any mayo or cream cheese in this wrap. Instead, I added balsamic vinegar but since it’s so liquid, it slid off the salmon and you cannot see it in this photo.

Dead easy, isn’t it?
